"Shake It Out": Remember the system's core metaphor - these shadows aren't to be eliminated, but "shaken out" and integrated. Each shadow contains a hidden gift. Track Your Patterns: Use the evening reflections to notice how your relationship with each teaching and its shadow evolves over the four weeks. Embrace the Discomfort: Shadow work is by nature uncomfortable. The physical anchors are especially important here to ground you in your body when psychological work becomes intense.
